LAND TRAINING

Land training at Lisburn City Swimming Club

Following a recent review of the Club’s Child Protection Policies and Procedures, and in line with current Swim Ireland guidance, we have had to review the arrangements for ALL land training sessions.

In future, an additional adult will be present in the room during each session. In the short-term this role will be covered by one of the Club Children’s Officers (CCOs) where possible.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please contact either of the CCOs or the Club Designated Person.

  • Coach Andy’s Tip of the Month

Habit is a intersection of knowledge, skill and desire. Knowledge of what to do and why, skill is the how to do it, and the desire or motivation to want to do it. Excellence is therefore a habit.
