Friday 12 February to Sunday 14 February – no training Friday 5-6pm or Sunday 9-11am & 12-2pm due to a swimming competition beging held in Lisburn.
Saturday 6 February 2010 – Senior & Performance Squad, no training Saturday 6.30-8.30am
Sunday 24 January 2010 – all training and lessons cancelled 12.00 to 2.00pm
Friday 22 January 2010 – Performance & Senior Squad will train 4.30 to 6.15pm.
Tuesday 27 October 09 – due to pool maintenance training will not begin until 5pm (Swim Academy Bronze and Gold)
